Shipping Fees and Return Policy

All Orders Over $299 Ship Free

FoamSource is proud to offer free shipping, within the contiguous United States. However, please keep in mind the following guidelines, again for the contiguous US.

  • The shipping and handling charge for all orders $299 or under is $19.50.
  • Delivery time for most of our products is 10-14 business days.
  • Platform bed frames require 3-4 weeks, unless you have specified rush delivery (2 weeks).
  • Custom Mattresses and Custom Cushions ship in 14-18 Business Days
  • All orders ship by Fed-Ex ground from Boulder, CO, usually 2-5 business days for delivery

How are items shipped?

  • We compress everything down to the most economical size to keep our shipping cost down. Everything is wrapped in plastic and then sealed in a corrugated box.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

  • For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, customers should phone in their order so shipping costs can be computed fairly.

Return Policy

  • Customer is responsible for shipping and packaging on all exchanges and returns. All items must be free from dirt, stains, and odors to qualify for exchange or return.
  • For mattresses sold at any of our retail locations: Customers may exchange the mattress one time for a mattress of equal or greater value within 60 days.
  • Pillows and mattress toppers sold at our retail locations: Because of health and sanitary reasons, we can not take pillows and toppers back.
  • For mattresses sold over the internet: In cases where the customer has not had the opportunity to sample the feel of our mattresses before purchase, we offer a 60 day return for a full purchase price refund less cost of shipping and packaging.
  • Pillows and toppers ordered over the internet: Because of sanitary reasons, pillows may not be returned once opened. Toppers may be exchanged one time within 30 days of purchase to ensure selecting the right firmness level.
  • Custom orders, custom foam, covers and platform frames are not returnable unless defective and exchanges must be for a duplicate.
  • All returns must be authorized before they can be accepted. Call 1-800-255-0181 or contact us online for information on obtaining an authorization.
  • Please note: Merchandise must clean and free from stains, tears and rub marks of any kind or we can not make the exchange or refund.
