Pricing and Ordering Custom Cushions by Shape and Size

You’ll enter the exact dimensions for pricing and online ordering, so just select the image that most closely resembles the cushion shape you are building. Our custom cushions are cut to size and made from your choice of natural foam latex, memory foam or soft polyurethane. Custom foam orders are not returnable.

Natural Latex Foam
Our 100% natural latex foam option is ideal for support. Foam latex offers a more buoyant support in cushions when compared to Memory Foam, which sinks and molds to your body. Latex foam actively reduces pressure points, making it an excellent option for cushions.
The amazing properties of natural Talalay latex foam provide unmatched comfort, durability and is available in three different firmness levels. Natural latex, also known as latex rubber, provides a number of impressive health benefits including a resistance to allergens, mold, mildew and dust mites.
Memory Foam
Memory foam is considered medium in firmness and responds to your body's pressure and temperature. It conforms to the curves of the body, offering full support without uncomfortable pressure on bones and joints. Because of the natural tendencies of memory foam, it must be used in conjunction with a firmer base layer for support when used in custom cushions.
There are many manufacturers of memory foam, most overseas, however, FoamSource uses only the highest quality materials from Foamex in the United States in all our custom memory foam cushion applications.
Polyurethane Foam
One of the more impressive everyday uses of polyurethane foam is in couch, seat and bench cushions because of its comfort and lifespan. Today's high density polyurethane foam will retain its form and support, extending the life of your couch or chair for years to come!
This makes polyurethane an ideal choice for oddly shaped custom cushion needs, such as cushioning for an RV, boat or refurbished vintage furniture. Polyurethane foam is available in varying firmness and qualities. We even offer outdoor foam for outdoor cushions that will be exposed to the elements.
