The FoamSource offers several variations of polyurethane foam mattress, including the ability to build and order a custom mattress online. Each mattress ranges in quality and affordability starting with the Walden Polyurethane Foam Mattress which offers two polyurethane layers: a top layer of soft Q7 foam which conforms to the contours of the body and a base layer of medium, firm or extra-firm Q26, Q35 or Q41 foam.
There are also various economy polyurethane foam mattresses available including individual soft Q16 mattresses, medium Q26, firm Q35 and extra-firm Q41 mattresses.
The FoamSource constructs each polyurethane foam mattress from Qualux Foam engineered by Carpenter Foam, or Resilitex Foam. Qualux is the top-performing foam we supply and is recommended for situations in which both a long life and comfort are needed. The Resilitex R Series foams do well with outdoor applications and environments which produce a great deal of stress such as on boats.
