Q.	What is your shipping policy?
A.	The FoamSource is proud to offer free shipping. However, please keep in mind the following, which apply to items shipped within the continental United States: Delivery time for most of our products is 10-14 business days Platform bed frames require 3-4 weeks, unless you have specified rush delivery (2 weeks) Custom Mattresses and Custom Cushions ship in 14-18 Business Days
Q.	Do you ship to Canada?
A.	The FoamSource does accept orders to Canada. For orders to Canada, we offer a free delivery credit to the border and customers have to pay the additional cost to their location as well as any tariffs. Please place Canadian orders over the phone by calling 1.800.255.0181.
Q.	Can my order be delivered to my city apartment or condo?
A.	We use UPS for all our shipping and they will deliver the order right to your apartment door no matter what floor you are on. They will carry the order inside if they are asked. We can put a small directive note on the UPS tag if requested.
Q.	How are items shipped?
A.	We compress everything down to the most economical size to keep our shipping cost down. Everything is wrapped is plastic and then sealed in a corrugated box.
Q.	Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
A.	For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, customers should phone in their order so shipping costs can be computed fairly. Please place these orders by calling our toll-free number: 1.800.255.0181.
